We have been developing and producing special fittings and accessories for heating technology at our headquarters in Hückelhoven/North Rhine-Westphalia for almost twenty-five years.
During this time we have made the astonishing realisation that in the vast majority of cases it is not the heat generator that causes most of the waste or inefficiency of a heating system, but the so-called hydraulics.
Hydraulics refers to the part of the heating system in which the entire water circulation takes place, i.e. the heat generator, the pipe network, the heating surfaces, the fittings and the control system.

rendeMIX Return flow utilisation
The return flow of high-temperature circuits becomes the flow of low-temperature circuits. Due to cold returns and small volume flows, condensing boilers work more efficiently.
rendeMIX Two-zone principle
By dividing and controlling a buffer storage tank into two zones, it can be used much more effectively. This increases yields from solar thermal energy, improves hot water comfort and significantly increases the fuel saving potential.

The rendeMIX supports the buffer storage to a considerable extent. This is realised through significantly better stratification. The higher capacity of the buffer tank results in longer switch-off and burner running times. This then results in much better heat management.
